Oh No!!!!!!

I went here for a perm and walked out looking like a brillo pad. I cried all the way home. My hair was so damaged from the chemicals that I had to get it cut even shorter that it already was to stop the end from splitting. It was not soft...not fluffy it was kinky!!!! Not what I wanted and I will never ever go back!!!
